What is GRMS?

Government Resources Management System

Initially, GMRS of Central Java Province was called Simda (Regional Management Information System). The Government Resources Management System (GRMS) electronic application system was built by the Central Java Provincial Government under the coordination of the Central Java Communications and Information Office (Diskominfo).

Central Java Province Government Resources Management System, (GRMS) is an integrated application system building for the Central Java provincial government. The application system which consists of; e-budgeting system, e-project planning, e-HSB, e-administration, e-delivery, e-controlling, e-monev and gph, as well as networking applications consisting of; cloud server systems, video/audio streaming, DNSX filters, voip gateway servers, nms, ap controllers, the dude and inventory have also started to be implemented in Central Java Province. The estuary in this system is the integration between data in the internal business processes of the bureaucracy which incidentally is the government's financial management system in supporting public services and development so as to create real-time monitoring and evaluation of bureaucratic performance. 

Against the background of the difficulty of accessing and obtaining budget data and realization in a matter of days when he first became governor, it became a trigger that the budget transparency process became a priority scale. Through the Governor's Decree No. 489 of 2014, a Government Resources Management System was formed in collaboration with the Surabaya City Government, which first implemented it.
